Matters Arising # Although Gary was not present he left suggestions from council officers with regards to the money that is ring fenced for youth provision, The
officers suggested a muga all weather play surface at Craigbank School plus a skate park in Fairfield park.
Whatever the outcome these must be decided as soon as possible.
To add to this point some teenagers have come up with their own suggestions for indoor activities associated with a youth drop in, These activities include Pool
tables, plat station, boxing club and out door designated youth seating areas, football team and discos for 15-17yrs.
I will pass this information to Gary and ask him to take this project forward, (KT).

Guest Speaker The guest speakers for this month was supposed to be from Ochilview Housing Association which I booked at a private meeting I had with
them earlier this year but through a misunderstanding on their part they failed to turn up, I will invite them to the December meeting. (KT).

Police Report George gave the following report, 58 crimes of which 45 are detected 13 remain undetected, Of the detected cases two addresses were
searched under drugs warrants in Keilarsbrae with 3 persons being reported to the fiscal, Of the undetected there has been a rise vandalism in the area, there are
2 or 3 youths in mind for this, there are a couple undetected where people have left sheds open with stuff getting stolen, One lad has been remanded for his part
in house, cars and shed break ins.
The robbery last month has seen 2 youths interviewed with the likelihood of 1 or both of them being reported to the fiscal.
The road safety initiative which looks at mobile phone use, lights and seatbelts is underway.
If there are groups of individuals causing a disturbance then report this to the police.
The old folks Christmas party is almost fully booked.

Councillors Report No councillors present. Open plea to councillors, If you can't make the meeting please send a written report and this will be read out and
minuted, Remember there are people present who like to hear what work you are involved in.

Leisure Report Laura gave the following report, The recent disco dance organised by us was a success raising over £400 which helps to address losses from
the previous two events.
On Friday 14th December is a dance featuring vocal duo The Robins, 8pm-11.30pm, Tickets £5 with kids free, on the night there will be a Bar and raffle - doors
open 7.30pm
On Monday 31st December is The Hogmanay Dance with Keyboard player and singer Mark Walker. Sold Out.

A.O.B # Keith said as a runner up in the recent Citizen of the Year Awards his and Laura's reward was £50, Keith and Laura donated this money to the
Community Group.
# Central Scotland Police information session to highlight how women can protect themselves by improving their home security, internet security, your finances or
when dating, The Alloa venue is the Leisure Bowl on 29th November 12noon.
# 104 pairs of shoes exhibition will be in the mobile gallery at Aldi's car park on 28th November, This is part of the 16 days of action campaign.
# Communities Scotland is being scrapped and as such we must now sit and wait to see what comes in its place in terms of financial provision if any for
regeneration areas.
# Any new organisation starting up or in existence seeking funding should call in to the C.V.S. Office in Primrose street Alloa and speak to Craig Holden who is
their funding officer and he will help you match your project with this correct funding body.

# A prize draw for a doll plus other prizes was launched at 50p a go, the dolls clothes were hand made by Mary Bradie
