MATTERS ARISING:Letters received as a result of the Feb 08 Meeting are as follows:

Letter received confirming the agreed proposals for a 99-year lease for the Community Centre extension. Rent to be set at £1 per year.

Letter dated 20 Mar 08 acknowledging the Groups concerns at the Ochilview proposals for the old College Annex.

Current issues

Groups of youths congregating in Main Street, Craigbank and Greygoran causing
Annoyance.
Current Operations

Test purchasing in regards to under age sales of tobacco and alcohol are taking
place throughout the local area.

Road traffic operations continue to take place in the coming weeks throughout
Sauchie and Clackmannanshire, to include mobile phone usage and also seat belt
checks. Residents are advised to place all external property in a secure shed with a
fitted hasp and padlock.

Information is required regarding drugs issues, youth disorder and anti-social behaviour.

The Internet page is updated regularly with relevant information regarding Sauchie community, please contact George Hastie with any relevant
issues/events and these will be added to the web page.

George took various points from the group mainly aimed at youths congregating in the Craigbank area and Traffic congestion issues in
conjunction with current road improvement sites causing access problems.


COUNILORS REPORT:Gary Womersley:

Gary apologised for his absence but handed in a written update, any member wishing to read this document should contact the secretary and
this will be made available.


HOUSING REPORT

Michelle Flynn gave a housing report, which covered the new development at the old College Annex in Sauchie. Also papers and proposed
plans for Margaret Blackwood site were given. A housing void list is to be emailed at a later date to the website at a date in the future.

The question was raised on the letter of objection from the Community Group with reference to the planning application from Ochil view housing
on the old College Annex. Keith Turner then explained in detail to Michelle Flynn and the group that a Letter of objection had been sent in by
the secretary and that the information used for this objection was correctly gathered from Dec 07 and Jan 08 minutes.

Michelle then took various points regarding ongoing housing projects including bathroom and kitchen programs and will give specific answers
to those applicable when she has gathered the information.


AGM POINTS:

A letter confirming these attendees has been sent to the council and they should contact you personally in due course.


LEISURE REPORT:Laura Turner gave The Leisure report as follows:

18 Apr 08Frank Curran 8 - 11pm - Doors open 7.30pm - £5 per ticket.

17 Oct 08ABBA Mania 8 - 11pm - Doors open 7.30pm - £7 per ticket.

12th Dec 08The Robins 8pm-11.30pm - Doors open 7.30pm - £5 per ticket.

Scottish parliament visit has been investigated and the following dates are available, 1st, 8th, 22nd May 08. Tickets for question time are
available but this is held at 12 o'clock and tickets go fast. Laura requires knowing firstly how many people want to go and then of those who
requires tickets for 1st Ministers question time. An agreed date also needs to be agreed by those interested.

The Alexander brothers is currently suspended due to illness in the family, George is to get back in touch in April at which point we will no better
of a likely hood of the event going ahead or not.


A.O.B.:

Laura briefed the group on the ongoing consultation with Stuart Milne Group with reference to the new extension to the community centre and
that this will go ahead but there are some factors reference Educational need which have to be dealt with by the Council prior to plans being
submitted.

Keith Turner presented Gary Womersleys' submission in his absence. (Copies available from the secretary if required.)

The Cameras in Sauchie was discussed at great length including there positioning and upkeep. Keith Turner gave a broad overview of the
history of the whole camera installation and planning and acquisition.

Sandra announced that the group would be holding a bingo tea to be scheduled for then end of May. An appeal was made for group members
to donate prizes for this event and where possible seek outside co-operation in the supply of prizes.

CLOSE:The date of the next meeting is confirmed as Thursday 22nd May 08 at 7pm in the Resource Centre.
