We are a registered charity (No. S.C. 025832), Our main aim is to give the people of
Sauchie a voice, this can only be achieved by getting as many people as possible to give us their support. Our other aim is to bring people together in a spirit of friendship; over the year's people have met through the group and have been able to develop new friends. Your first point of contact is through the groups monthly meeting, these are held in the resource centre on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7,00pm; the resource centre is in Mar place. The second point of contact is the resource centre office which is open Friday's 1,00pm till 3.00pm, to make sure someone will be in the number is 01259 725865 or E Mail Community@sauchie.org.uk
Over the last few years we have seen lots of changes in our activities, we are
particularly proud of our Sauchie tiny tots which now runs three times a week in Sauchie village hall for details see the tiny tots web page on this site. Our social events are also very well supported by members and friends and are constantly being altered to cater for as many tastes as possible, we also keep the costs to the people at a minimum, this is partly achieved by running our own bar. For example we have run or are running events include a jazz night adult and junior disco's and dance's in Sauchie Village hall, Also we have run bus trip more information can be obtained by phoning resource centre 01259 725865.
Please make your voice heard and come along to the next meeting of our group. We
have held Public Meetings to highlight some of the issue that our members and other local residents have brought to our attention. But we need your help to continue this work if you are not a member why not! We are one of the most strongly supported community groups in Clackmannanshire. |
